The Bartending Institute provides students with the opportunity to develop these skills and enter the field as a professional bartender.
The Bartending Institute has over 25 years of experience in quality vocational education and professional leadership in the Food and Beverage Industry.
The Bartending Institute's classroom is designed to replicate an actual bar environment. The classroom is equipped with an approximately 27 foot L-shaped wet bar and a 10 foot dry bar. Additionally, the classroom contains standard bar stools, mixing equipment, an assortment of glassware, ice machine, music system, and all other necessary utensils and equipment to train a student in the field of bartending.
All bars are stocked with simulated liquor, mixes and garnishes so that the students are able to practice effectively and efficiently. By the time our students graduate, they will feel at home behind any bar in the St. Louis area.
